When purchasing a yacht it is important to consider the use of corporate structures which can not only assist with tax and VAT planning but also ring fence exposure and limit liability.

We provide ISM & ISPS services as a bespoke standalone service or as part of our full management package as well as flag state approved systems for vessels from PYC (Passenger Yacht Code) Vessels to yachts under 24 meters and 24/7 crisis support and full document control.
Fiducs offers crew employment and payroll including flag state approved MLC seafarers agreements (SEA), maintaining crew records, monitoring crew certificates ensuring compliance with regulations and crew recruitment including vetting, back ground checks, referencing, security checks and drug testing.
Our concierge arm can also organise flight and travel arrangements for crew members.
Fiducs Yacht Management will make arrangements to facilitate and safeguard the world-wide operation of the yacht such as assisting in berthing arrangements, bunkering and ship agents where required.
